I didn’t add amounts to these recipes because this plan is really flexible. Some things like the grilled cheeses just need 1 per person-so it can be made to fit any size family. The biscuits are high protein and I explain more in this post about the amount needed per person.
Prep: This can be done on Sunday or even a week or two before.
Boil chicken(s). (Make sure you skim the foam off and turn down to a simmer once the chicken starts to boil). Simmer chicken until tender and the meat is starting to fall off of the bone (around 90 minutes). Remove the chicken from the broth and let cool.
The Cheese Biscuits can also be made ahead of time if time is super tight on Tuesday.
